I use an integrative approach that combines various therapeutic theories and techniques to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and preferences. The theories and techniques I draw from include compassion-focused, person-centred, emotionally-focused, Gottman, cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, and integrative somatic parts work approaches. As your therapist, I will provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences and feelings without fear of judgment. I will actively listen to you, acknowledge your thoughts and emotions, and help you explore your vulnerabilities and emotions in a compassionate and trusting environment.
